Marisa L Groff, age 55, of Alva, passed away July 24, 2015 in Alva. She was born Aug. 15, 1959 in Westchester, PA, to the late David and Marie Demaris (Bromall) Letter.
Marisa leaves behind her loving children: Nicole Deriso, Casey Groff and his wife Brittany, Wyatt Groff, granddaughter; Reagan Deriso, brother and sisters; Eric Letter, Diana Golden and her husband Wayne and Demaris Moore and her husband Larry.
Marisa was a loving mother, grandmother, sister who will be greatly missed by her entire family and close friends.
Celebration of Marisa's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Crossroads Baptist Church, with Dale Fiegland officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in Akin-Davis Funeral Home, Fort Myers and another visitation, Thursday one hour before the service at church.
Rebecca Kathaleen Dupree, age 33, of Clewiston, passed away July 21, 2015 in Clewiston.
She was born Jan. 17, 1982 in Pahokee, FL, to Larry and Kay (Fields) Cardin. Kathaleen was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend, who will be loved and missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. She had a huge heart that cared more for other people than herself. She always worried about everyone else before she worried about her own life.
Survivors include one son: Thomas Brandon Dupree, parents: Larry and Kay (Fields) Cardin, Companion: Paul Rodriguez, two brothers: Larry Cardin (Jennifer and Hunter), Jeremy Cardin and two sisters: Vickie Colson (Wayne) of Lehigh Acres, FL, Teresa Carr (Jim), Companion, Paul Rodriguez; five nieces; one nephew; three great nieces, seven great nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Clewiston Gospel Ministries, in Flaghole with Rev. Jim Yates officiating.
